• The Door frame shall be single rebate grooved profile 100mm x 57mm made out of minimum 1.2mm thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be butt / mitered joint and field assembeled with bolting system. Door leaf should be minimum 44mm thick fully flush double skin door. Door leaf must be manufactured from 0.8mm thick galvanised steel sheet. The infill material shall be Honeycomb.
• All doors and frames shall be finished with Powder coating in desired RAL Shades. as per the directions of the Engineer & site team.
• Rate shall include supply and installation of frame, shutter as a complete assembly, including all hardware & glass with tapes (Rate including Frame +Shutter +installation+transportation)
